Returns:
- We accept returns only due to manufacturing defects, reported within 5 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Return Process:

- Return Shipping: Arrange and pay for return shipping and forward shipping yourself. We recommend an insured and trackable service.
- Refund: Upon receiving and accepting the returned item, we will issue a store credit for future purchases. You will receive a notification via email/WhatsApp.
- Shipping Costs: We bear the shipping cost and provide free delivery. In the event of a refund, we can only issue the item value, excluding any incentives related to free delivery.
Order Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, without any reason.

- We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1 day of receiving the returned goods.
Non-Returnable Goods:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized or custom size.
